The Doha Declaration regarding the establishment of the Gulf Common Market was issued on Decem- ber 4, 2007 at the end of the twenty-eighth session of the Supreme Council, and the Gulf Common Market is based on the principles of the Basic Law of the Cooperation Council and the texts of the economic agreement between the GCC countries and the Supreme Council’s decisions regarding the Gulf Common Market.
